We want our customers to be 100% happy with their installation. Sunpro Solar will be there for you as long as you need us to be, and we will not disappear after the install.

It is important to us that your system works perfectly, and that you fully understand how to get the best out of it.

Customers are assigned a named project manager for their installation. They will oversee the project from start to finish, and they will return after 3 and 12 months to make sure the system is performing at its best.

Sunpro Solar also offer a complete optional service plan, which covers all parts and labour for the lifetime of your system. In the unlikely event a solar panel, inverter, battery, or other component failing outside of the standard guarantee, it will be replaced at the cost of Sunpro Solar Ltd. The service plan also includes annual cleaning of the solar panels so that they always absorb the maximum sunlight, and a check-up of the system’s functionality.
